Confidentiality of Profiles
Stacy Karyn will make use of the personal data provided by the client in order to create dating profiles that will be designed for use on third party dating websites. These profiles will be available to the client at any time. The personal information provided by the client will not be disclosed to any third party without permission.
Unless a separate agreement has been made, Stacy Karyn agrees to keep all personal information provided by the client strictly confidential.
Stacy Karyn has the right to disclose any of the client’s provided information if required to do so by law, a third party, or if it is in an effort to protect someone’s life, health, or safety.
